In a celestial office high above the clouds, twelve Zodiac animals take turns holding the pen of destiny. Each year, a new boss's personal flaws trigger absurd global chaos on Earth, forcing them to face the consequences of their own rules.

Tone: The relatable workplace absurdity of The Office meets the anthropomorphic existential depth of BoJack Horseman with a touch of Black Mirror social satire.

THE CONCEPT

Welcome to the Celestial Bureaucracy—a vast airborne headquarters suspended among the clouds, where Earth’s destiny is managed like a corporate enterprise.

The staff consists of the twelve animals of the Chinese Zodiac, each representing a recognizable modern archetype: from the toxic wellness officer (Ox) and the cynical IT janitor (Monkey) to the high-powered PR maven (Horse) and the perfectionist archivist (Rat). To make workplace dynamics even more explosive, all office rivalries, friendships, and alliances are strictly governed by traditional Zodiac compatibility charts.

Every 12-minute episode follows a tight comedic cycle:
